We fix what's broken, fast, and we don't disappear after the invoice. Priority scheduling available across Leetsdale and the surrounding zip codes.
Call +1-866-805-8548 and describe what your system is doing — the symptoms help us send a tech prepared with the right parts.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
Warranty details are explained clearly so you know exactly what's covered going forward.
Leonard HVAC was built by technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get oversold. Our crews carry manufacturer certifications across the major residential and commercial equipment lines.
You won't find us buried under layers of call-center scripts — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. Every job we run is backed by full liability coverage and current state licensing, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, routine or emergency.
We know which neighborhoods run on older ductwork and which subdivisions were built with newer high-efficiency systems. That local knowledge shapes the parts we stock on the truck — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We'd rather lose a job to a lower bid than win one by cutting corners on the diagnosis, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Leetsdale is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
When you call +1-866-805-8548, you're talking to someone who understands the local permitting process, the common equipment brands installed in Leetsdale homes, and realistic scheduling given local demand. We keep parts inventory stocked based on what actually fails most often on Leetsdale's housing stock.
Every service below is backed by the same licensing, warranty, and upfront pricing you get on any job we run.
A dead system in the middle of a heat wave or a cold snap isn't just inconvenient — it can be a real safety issue for kids, pets, and older residents. Our Leetsdale dispatch team sends the closest available truck first so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
If a specialty part genuinely does need to be ordered, we'll set up a safe temporary fix and give you a real timeline instead of leaving you guessing.
If your unit is past its expected service life, running loud, or spiking your utility bill, a replacement conversation is worth having. We walk Leetsdale homeowners through financing and rebate options where available before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
We protect floors and entryways during the install and haul away the old equipment so you're not left dealing with disposal.
Commercial equipment operates differently than a residential unit, and it needs technicians who actually understand rooftop packages and multi-zone systems. Our commercial division services rooftop units and package systems across Leetsdale, with priority response for facilities that can't afford downtime.
Our commercial techs are trained to work around your customers and staff, scheduling noisy or disruptive work outside peak hours whenever possible.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle humidifier, dehumidifier, and air purifier installation for Leetsdale households that want more than just temperature control.
A tune-up typically takes under an hour and covers the checkpoints most likely to catch a problem before it becomes a breakdown.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Details vary by job type and are always shared upfront, never buried in fine print.
If a competitor's written quote for the same scope of work is genuinely lower, ask us about it.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
A little attention to how your system is running can save you a lot of money and discomfort.
A healthy system runs with a consistent, low hum — banging, screeching, or grinding usually points to a loose part or failing motor.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same temperature shows up directly on your utility bill.
Short cycling puts extra wear on the compressor and shortens the system's overall lifespan.
A musty smell often points to mold or moisture buildup somewhere in the ductwork.
Repeated repairs on an aging system are usually the clearest sign that replacement will save more money than another patch job.
No inflated "emergency surcharge" games — the number we quote is the number you pay.
Dispatchers give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today".
Parts and labor are backed by warranty terms explained in plain language.
Every technician carries current state licensing and manufacturer training.
Photos and plain-language notes accompany every diagnostic.
We'll walk you through what's actually available before you decide.
Every review below reflects an actual service call in the Leetsdale area.
"Our AC quit on the hottest weekend of the year and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. No pressure to buy a whole new system when a repair was all we needed."
"We've used them for our maintenance plan for two years now and never had a surprise breakdown. Never once felt like I was being upsold on something I didn't need."
"Had a full system replacement done and it was the smoothest home project I've had in years. New system is noticeably quieter and our energy bill actually dropped."
"As a property manager, having a company that actually answers after-hours calls is rare. Documentation for our records was thorough and easy to file."
"I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"Called at 11pm during a heat wave and honestly didn't expect anyone to pick up, let alone show up. This is the company I'm saving in my phone now."
None of these are unusual or embarrassing — they're just the normal wear and tear that comes with running a system through Leetsdale's seasonal swings.
The shift between peak heating and peak cooling demand is exactly when older or neglected equipment tends to fail. Before the coldest stretch of the year, a heating system benefits from a full safety inspection, checking the heat exchanger, ignition system, and airflow to catch any issue that could turn into a no-heat emergency.
Keeping vents unblocked by furniture and rugs helps maintain even airflow throughout the home. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Whether your Leetsdale home has a traditional split system, a ductless mini-split, a heat pump, or a hybrid dual-fuel setup, our crews are equipped to diagnose and repair it. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
We don't outsource dispatch to a call center that's never met our technicians.

Qualifying installations can be financed through options we'll walk you through during your in-home estimate, with terms explained clearly before you commit to anything.
